I have an NA, so it just popped-out. But from looking at the SerMan for the TT, it looks like the clutch MC design is comparable to the brake MC - Use a compressor if you have it - I don't, so I removed the brake MC endcap, and gently grabbed the tiny piece of the exposed cylinder with a large vice grip and proceeded to rotate it around until it slipped out. Then I rested the open-end of the MC at an angle on a piece of carpet and tapped the other end with a mallet and the inside cyclinder slowly worked it's way forward.
